My Dad, we lost an awesome man this week. The feeling the memories just keep pouring in. Cry a little and laugh a little about all the things I have been through with my Dad. He will be greatly missed. I can’t say enough about what he meant to me, our family’s and all the people he touched around this community. A lot of folks around here have all kinds of stories about my Dad and what he has done for them, his unselfish ways he did business in this community, you don’t find them like that too often. From my view, the things he loved these past few years was to watch his grand kids growing up, watching them after they get home from school. Funny how things they did made him laugh and the same things I did, I got in trouble for. What a reflection that I grin about now. The old days growing up working for Dad, he worked us hard. That man knew only hard work and practically lived it everyday of his life. Some of my old high school friends I talked to that grew up knowing my Dad really brought back great memories. Just knowing what memories and impressions he left on them are priceless. My Dad touched a lot of lives. I don’t know if he really knew how many lives he touched, but he touch many. I could tell a lot of stories about Dad, the best is he was a great man and I will always love, remember and miss him.

Congrats to Clarissa and Zach…  I did not have an opening to do the wedding photography, I feel very special for being asked to put together some shots for the engagement..
We had a nice day to get some sweet shots at the missions in San Antonio.

If you remember the singing contest at the Stockdale Watermelon Jubilee 2009.   Jason Scott was the winner, that night he jumped up on stage later that night to show us what he had.  Now jump to almost a year later and he has a band “PITCHFORK”.  Jason called me up the other day to come up and get some pics of him, the band and to check out their first show.  I was not disappointed, they Rocked the Joint.  So here is some of the shots from Jiggers Bar.

What a awesome game on both sides, it all came down to the last few minutes in the 4th qrt.  Here are a few shots and vid of the game.

Had to pull the camera out before we start popping fireworks to bring in the New Year and capture this awesome blue moon shot.   From the Cooper family to all of you have a Happy New Year….

I had the pleasure of traveling out to Alamo Village to help photograph Suzanne & Derome with my photographer friends Jason, Chasity and are great “goto girl, helper assistant” Stacy.  This old village was awesome, I kept waiting for John Wayne to ride out of the frontier and stroll up into town or some old tumbleweeds to blow by.  It was one of the coolest places to photograph at.  Well here are some of what I captured while at Alamo Village.  Thanks for the invite Jason and I was nice to meet y’all Suzanne and Derome.

Congratulation you two, what a beautiful wedding.  It was great to be apart of your special day and to capture these memories.  I just had to put a few up that caught my eye and worked them up.   Enjoy.   I’ll have the rest of them pretty soon.
